Eshoplive CNY Recipes Series Contest Terms and Conditions | Eshoplive【年味食足】新春特备有奖竞赛条规与细则

CONTEST DESCRIPTION & ELIGIBILITY | 参赛详情与资格

a) This CNY Recipes Series Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Innovatic Commerce Solution Sdn Bhd (“eShoplive” or “Management”).
eShoplive【年味食足】新春特备有奖竞赛是由Innovatic Commerce Solution Sdn Bhd（eShoplive主办单位）举办。

b) This Contest is open to all Malaysians with 18 years of age and above.
此活动只限18岁及以上的大马公民参加。

c) The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and residing in Malaysia only (“Participant”).
此活动仅公开予所有居住在马来西亚的大马公民参加（“合格参与者“）。

d) Employees of the Management, its affiliates and/or related companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
主办单位的员工（包括准员工及/或相关的公司）及直属家人一律不得参加。

e) The Management’s decision on the Winner(s) is final and binding on all persons. If any matters arise which are not covered in these T&Cs, they will be determined solely by the Management.
若有任何不实的索求，本公司有权拒绝，一概不在条款内的要求也将不受理会。eshoplive有权更改任何条规以及保留最后决定权。

f) The Management reserves the right to amend or modify the T&Cs and disqualify any participants without prior notice.
主办单位有权在不另行通知的情况下，更正、修改、取消或者增加任何条规与细则。而所作之更改或增加的条规，参赛者必须遵守。

CONTEST PERIOD | 竞赛期限

The Contest starts from 10 December 2021 (from 12:00am) and ends on 10 January 2022 (till 12:00am) (the "Contest Period").
本此活动将于2021年12月10日（凌晨 12:00）开始至2022年1月10日（凌晨 12:00）结束。

Premiere | 重播：The Contest starts from 30 January 2022 (from 12:00am) and ends on 6 February 2022 (till 12:00am) (the "Contest Period").
本此活动将于2022年1月30日（凌晨 12:00）开始至2022年2月6日（凌晨 12:00）结束。

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT | 得奖者公布

a) The Management will announce the winner(s) on the eShoplive’s official Facebook page on the 15th ,22nd and 29th of December 2021, and on the 5th, 12th, of January 2022 respectively.
主办单位将分别在2021年12月15日、22日、29日以及2022年01月5日和12日在eShoplive官方脸书专页上公布得奖者名单。（每一个视频都有不一样的截止日期和时间）*请参考本视频的标题以作为标准

b) Premiere | 重播：The Management will announce the winner(s) on the eShoplive’s official Facebook page on the 9 February 2022.
主办单位将在2022年2月9日在eShoplive官方脸书专页上公布得奖者名单。

c) The winner(s) are required to inform the Management via Facebook Messenger within three (3) days to redeem their prize.
得奖者须在3天内通过脸书私讯以兑换奖品，得奖者亦须提供详细个人资料。

PARTICIPATION METHOD | 参加方法

Step 1: Like the official eShoplive’s Facebook page;
步骤1️ ：点赞 LIKE @eShoplive 官方脸书专页

Step 2: Comment the right answer of the question under this post
步骤2️：在此贴留言处 COMMENT 回答问题

Step 3: Share the Contest video on respective Facebook, (Reminder: Set your post privacy to public throughout the Contest Period)
步骤3：分享 SHARE 视频至个人脸书（须将帖子设置为公开）

The Management will randomly select the winner(s) who have successfully completed the aforesaid three (3) steps.
主办单位将从完成3个步骤的参赛者列表中随机抽选得奖者。

PRIZES | 奖品

Five (5) winners will be selected every week throughout the Contest Period.
每集共选出5位得奖者。

Each winner will receive one (1) pack of Premium Dried Foods blessing bag after the Contest Period.
每位得奖者将获得一份上等干货福袋。
