IMM Carehub Strength Training (Group Package)

IMMotion Medical Gym offers intelligent computerized training equipment and evidence-based exercising concepts for active ageing exercise, rehabilitation and wellness. Every feature has been designed to simplify use, ensure safety, and increase motivation - for a variety of ages and abilities. This is a group exercise program for strength training. The program will be guided by a trainer cum physiotherapist for a group of members on pre-book sessions. This package consists of 8 training sessions, each session includes a 15 minutes warm-up exercise, 30 minutes circuit exercise and 15 minutes warm-down. This program is suitable for adults aged 40 & above, with or without any conditions.
