JAPANESE TONE WASE PERSIMMON 刀根早生柿
The Tone Wase Persimmon cultivated in Nara Prefecture is beautifully square with juicy, seedless yellowy orange flesh. Despite being a mildly astringent persimmon variety, its sweetness level actually goes up to 15 Brix!
Note: The flesh of the persimmons will be softened as it ripens along with time.
Alternatively, you could wait until the colour has turned darker if you enjoy softer, burst in your mouth kind of texture!
出产于日本奈良的『刀根早生柿』外型四四方方,澄黄色果肉,无核且甜似蜜,即使属涩柿子品种,甜度却可高达15度!
释:柿子果肉会随着时间变软。如果喜欢偏软口感,可等至柿子变得更深色时才吃哦!
