Do eShoplive products come with product warranty?

Selected products may come with a warranty. Information on the product features and warranty is in the website. Where applicable, you will receive the product warranty card and related information when your order is delivered.

Can I view the products before purchasing?

Yes, we have live streaming on our products everyday multiple time in our Facebook. Customers may also browse our website for more product details & T&C.

How do I send my products for servicing and repairs?

You can send your products directly to the authorised Service Centre as listed on your Warranty Card for servicing and repairs. If there is no Warranty Card, you are advised to contact the product manufacturer or distributor directly.

How long does it take to repair my product?

The Terms and Conditions for servicing or repairs may vary according to the manufacturer or distributor. As such, it is best to contact the manufacturer or distributor to be sure.

Do I need to pay for repairs?

Depends on the T&C of each product. It may come with different policies.

How do I buy from eShoplive?

You may place your order during our live streaming thru messenger, thru the url link we provide. You may also place the item directly in our website, www.eshopliveasia.com.

Do I need to have a eShoplive account to make a purchase?

Yes, and advice able to have a account with us so you can trace your order and delivery status.

Which payment methods does eShoplive accept?

We accept credit card, debit card, ATM transfer, Cash bank in, Stripe, billplz. Any local Malaysian bank transfer can be accepted.

Where can I request for an official receipt?

When the order is successful, you will received an email include of your order details & invoice. You may also log in to your account profile to download the invoice.

How do I know if my payment is successful?

For credit card, debit card methods, your bank will inform you during your order whether your payment has been accepted. In addition, for all online or mobile purchases, a SMS or e-mail notification will be sent to you upon the successful completion of your order.

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit or debit cards issued in Malaysia.

Do eShoplive accept COD?

At this moment, we do not offer COD payment method, but stay tune for short coming future for more payment methods.

Delivery

How do I track my order status?

You may trace your order in your account profile, or you may check with our support team: support@eshoplive.asia.

Does eShoplive charge a delivery fee?

Basically we offer free delivery to peninsular, and charges base on weight to east Malaysia. Anyhow, there’ll be some products that may have extra delivery charges for peninsular Malaysia. The charges will be stated during live streaming and also our website.

When will my purchase be delivered?

Generally, we delivery to customers at peninsular Malaysia 2 to 3 working days, East Malaysia 5 to 7 working days.

Can I collect my orders directly?

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not provide this service.

Returns & Refunds

What is eShoplive ’s Returns & Refunds policy?

Each product come with it return policy and will be stated during live & on product page. We provide one to one exchange policy for all products during receiving that proven defect after inspection by our QC team within 7 days.

All refunds will be process in within 30 days after we inspect all related parties and approve the refunds.

All used item can be returns & refunds if is not under manufacturer defects.
