CNY Weekly Top Spender Contest


参赛规条 / Terms and conditions:

  1. This Top Spender Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Innovatic Commerce Solution Sdn Bhd (“eShoplive” or “Management”) which will begin from 1st December 2021 (from 12:00am) - 31st January 2022 (up to 11:59pm) (“Contest Period”).
    本次活动(“竞赛”)是由 Innovatic Commerce Sdn Bhd(“eShoplive”或“Management”)组织举办,将于 2021 年 12 月 1 日(上午 12:00)至 2022 年 1 月 31 日(下午 11:59)(“活动期”)。
  • 本次活动将于 2021 年 12 月 1 日开始至 2022 年 1 月 31 日结束。

ELIGIBILITY | 参加资格

  1. This Contest is open to all Malaysians with 18 years of age and above.
    只限18岁以上的大马公民参加。
  2. Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates and/or related companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
    主办单位员工(包括附属公司 /或广告公司/或相关的公司)及促销服务人员,包括他们的直系家属均不得参加此活动。
  3. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and residing in Malaysia only (“Eligible Participant”).
    此活动公开予所有仅居住在马来西亚的大马公民参加 (“合格参与者”)。

PARTICIPATION METHOD | 参加方法

  1. To be our Weekly Top Spenders (“Winners” or “Top Spenders”), participants must perform eligible spending activities.
    如何成为我们的每周最高消费者? 消费越高得奖机会更高!

Weekly Top Spender Cash Angpao & Grand Prize 现金红包及大奖图标:

  1. A total of ten (10) Winners will win the Weekly Cash Angpao (“Prize”) based on the highest cumulative Paid Orders amount in monetary (“RM”) per customer ID.
    我们会根据每个eShoplive 会员的最高消费累计总额,共有十(10) 名每周最高消费者将赢得每周现金红包。
  2. eShoplive will identify the Winners at its sole and absolute discretion based on Paid Orders received by eShoplive during the Contest Period. The name of Winners will be announced on eShoplive’s Facebook Page and eShoplive’s Website on the specified date based on the table above.
    eShoplive 将根据活动期间所收到的“已付款”订单后筛选得奖者。得奖者名单将在每个指定的日期在 eShoplive 的 Facebook 页面和 eShoplive 的网站上公布。
  3. eShoplive will contact the winners via email or phone call.
    eShoplive 的工作人员将通过电子邮件或联系号码通知得奖者。
  4. Winners must provide all information and perform all actions as required by the Management within the given timelines.
    得奖者必须在指定的时间内提供所有有关的信息并给予小助理以作核对。
  5. The Management shall not be held responsible or liable in the event that the Winners cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever, following efforts by the Management  unable to reach the respective Winner after one (1) week from notification, that the Winner will be disqualified and Prize forfeited.
    如果在公布的一 (1) 周后未能联系到相应的得奖者,无论在任何的原因之下,管理层将不承担任何责任或义务,得奖者将被取消得奖资格。
  6. In the event that a Winner is disqualified, the next ranked participant will be selected as the Winner and the Management will reserve all right to make the final decision.
    如果得奖者被取消资格,下一个排名的参赛者将被选为得奖者以此类推,管理层将保留做出最终决定的所有权利。
  7. Each Customer ID fulfilling the T&C  is only eligible to win three (3) Weekly Cash Angpao as Top Spenders throughout the Contest Period.
    每个满足条款与细则的顾客账号仅能在整个活动期间内赢得最多三 (3) 周现金红包。
  8. The eligible Top Spender throughout the Contest Period will win a Grand Prize and will be announced on 3rd February 2022 via eShoplive  Facebook Page and eShoplive Website .
    整个活动期间符合条件的最高消费者将赢得大奖,我们将通过 eShoplive Facebook 页面和 eShoplive 网站于 2022 年 2 月 3 日 公布。
  9. The Weekly Cash Angpao will be credited into the respective Weekly Top Spender’s stipulated bank account on 15th February 2022.
    每周现金红包将于 2022 年 2 月 15 日存入相应最高消费者规定的银行账户内。得奖者需提供有关的资料给予eshoplive以作核对的动作。
  10. Paid Orders or parts thereof which have been Cancelled or Refunded will not be considered in calculating the highest spend and automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.
    取消退款的订单或其部分将不计入此活动内,系统将自动取消参赛资格,恕不另行通知。
  11. The Management’s decision on the Winners is final and binding on all persons. If any matters arise which are not covered in these T&Cs, they will be determined solely by the Management.
    若有任何不实的索求,公司有权拒绝,对于其它的要求也将不受理会。eshoplive有权更改任何规则以及保留最后决定裁决权。
  12. The Management reserves the right to amend or modify the T&Cs and disqualify any participants without prior notice.
    主办单位有权在不另行通知的情况下,改正、修改、取消或者增加任 何条例与规则。而所作之改正、增加或者修改的规则,参赛者必须遵守。
  13. The Management shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature and however arising or suffered by any Winner in pursuant to acceptance of the Contest Prize or Weekly Cash Angpao.管理层不对任何获胜者因接受比赛奖品或每周现金红包而产生或遭受的任何性质的任何责任或承担任何责任。
