Where Does We Ship?

  • We ship all our products across Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) at the present.
  • International delivery is not available. However, we are working on making eShoplive available to more countries outside of Malaysia. Contact us at business@eshopliveasia.com to let us know where you would like to see us next!

Charges

  • Shipping charges are based on the total weight of packaged items shipped to each address. Additional shipping charges may apply to large-size items or different locations.
  • All shipping charges include handling, order processing, packaging and transportation of items.
  • Total shipping charges is determined based on the customer’s shipping address during checkout.

Shipping Information and Delivery Method

  • Depending on the items you purchase, your order will ship by our sellers with its selected courier partner.  
  • In stock orders are immediately ship out after successful order placed and you will receive the tracking details via email.
  • For Pre-orders, the estimated delivery timeline is subject to the stock availability and will be noted under product information/details on the product page.
  • Your orders may arrive on separate delivery days with multiple products with different shipping timelines. You can refer to your tracking for the most up to date delivery status for each products.

Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that was purchased from us. You may apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

  • The item has not been received by you;
  • The item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
  • Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to you;
  • The item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered);
  • The item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);
  • Change of mind. The acceptance of the return is determined at the sole discretion of the sellers.

 

You may initiate a return or refund of purchased item within 7 working days of the item being delivered for a replacement or a refund if the products are proven defect upon receiving. For damaged items, please contact our customer experience team within 48 hours of receiving the items to expedite the inspection and claim process. 

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we inspect all related parties and approve the refunds.

Items that have issues from external cause that is not under manufacturer defects is not eligible to be return or refund. We reserves the right to refuse returns of any purchased items that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Purchased Item

Please contact our customer experience team on your order details and reason for returns. Our customer experience team will verify your request and assist you on the how to return the item. 

Once your request is submitted, continue the return process through shipping the item to the stated address with its original packaging, including all components received. Please note that we will not cover the return shipping cost.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. Depending on the conditions of purchase item, we will issue your refund for the item of the order by excluding the return shipping cost.

Gifts (if applicable)

Free gift is not exchangeable with cash or any other form of cash equivalents. In an event of receiving damaged free gift, replacement will be on a case by case basis.
