Shipping & Returns


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to eShoplive Asia.
  • Seller refers to the product vendor that offer in the platform.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to eShoplive Asia, accessible from
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Location Coverages

  • We provide shipping within Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) at the present, unless stated otherwise.
  • International Delivery are currently not available however we are working to expand our scope of delivery in the nearest future.


  • The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight / dimension.
  • Alternatively, FREE shipping for Self-Collection option at our designated pick-up station(s).

Delivery Method and Timing

  • Our sellers employ secure and safe shipping courier in order to deliver the products to you.
  • For Paid Orders, delivery would usually take between 7 to 10 business days (both to Peninsular Malaysia and Eastern Malaysia).
  • Respectively for Paid Pre-Order, delivery will be depending on stock availability, or the date stated on the product information/details (both to Peninsular Malaysia and Eastern Malaysia).
  • Once your order been shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your order at the respective courier website.
  • If you have not receive your purchases after the above stated shipping timeframe, , please contact us immediately.

Terms and Conditions

  • All business day delivery will be made from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • No deliveries will be made during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays.
  • Deliveries can be delayed due to weather conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. You may apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

  • The Item has not been received by You;
  • The Item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
  • Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to You;
  • The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered);
  • The Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);
  • By way of private agreement with Seller and Seller must send his/her confirmation to us confirming such agreement; or
  • Change of mind. this only applicable to certain categoriesupon Seller discretion only.

Conditions for Returns

Each product comes with its return policy and will be stated during live & on the product page. 

Customers may apply to return the purchased goods to eShoplive Asia’s Vendor within 7 working days in exchange for a replacement or a refund if the goods are proven defect upon receiving. In case of damaged goods, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods to expedite the inspection and claim process. 

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after we inspect all related parties and approve the refunds.

All used item shall not be returned  nor refunded if is not under manufacturer defects. For more details, please refer to our product page for each item T&C. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

Please contact our customer support team your order details and reason for returns. Our customer support team will guide you on the return procedure. 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts (if applicable)

Free gift is not exchangeable with cash or any other form of cash equivalents. In an event of receiving damaged free gift, replacement will be on a case by case basis.
